Alvin Community College ADN Spring 2020

Hey everyone!!

I decided to apply to Alvin after a friend told me about the program. It is a bit far from my home (about 40 min) but I rather start somewhere than keep waiting.

This go 'round, I am applied to TWU, Wharton Sugarland, and HCC.

These are my scores:

Science GPA- 3.81

Math-96

Read Comprehension-90

Grammar-94

Vocabulary-82- I did not study this section

AP-92

Do we get extra points for classes like Chem, Nutrition, Microbiology, Physiology? I believe the director said more classes rank you high?

I believe that is correct. The more classes you have the better

Is Chem, Nutrition, Statistic, also gonna be a plus if taken already. It’s not part of ACC curriculum tho?

I think its only class that is in their curriculum.
