Hey everyone!!
I decided to apply to Alvin after a friend told me about the program. It is a bit far from my home (about 40 min) but I rather start somewhere than keep waiting.
This go 'round, I am applied to TWU, Wharton Sugarland, and HCC.
These are my scores:

Math-96
Read Comprehension-90
Grammar-94
Vocabulary-82- I did not study this section

Best wishes to everyone! ?

I'm hopeful. Last year they got them two weeks after Halloween and that will be Thursday (last year it was Wednesday). Keep your fingers crossed. I even applied to the LVN program. I just was trying to be proactive. lol. I'll graduate in a few weeks with an Associate in General Studies and Ill have everything for my BSN route.
I have faith. Something will come through.
Come on Alvin.. lol.

Let’s hope for the best. I really do wanna go there for Nursing.
I understand the feeling. I found out that I was accepted into Wharton in Sugarland early October. At the moment we are waiting for everyone to submit there blue clearance card. It is mid-Nov and we are STILL waiting. Our contact person said we will not know anything until she receives EVERYONE's card, accepted and waitlist. It is so agonizing because we don't know what supplies are needed, when we start, or anything. Once you find out it is an amazing feeling though!!! Stay positive and try to stay busy. It helps.
With all this makes me want to go to Alvin because I loved it!!!! Just sucks that it is 45 min away from me.

I completely understand what you mean about supplies and basically preparing for the journey ahead.
Are you excited? How do you feel?
How far is Wharton for you?
This waiting is crazy.
Thank you so much! I am stoked!!! I cannot wait, this has been something I have waited for so long and worked so hard for. The school is about 15 minutes from my house give or take. It goes against traffic to so that is awesome!
