I am in my 2nd semester. Our foci is Maternity and ECU. I am really looking forward to the diversity of pts. in the two. However, I am very nervous! Classload is HEAVY! I will write more later!

First week back and whew! We have a math test this week, a million pages to read, plus a skills checkoff on IM meds and catheterizations. Our clinical rotations this semester are Pediatrics, Labor & Delivery, Geriatrics and some Community nursing. 2 full clinical days each week then classroom/lab the rest of the time. I start back on Mon (the 13th). This semester we have psych, med-surg, and health promotions. I'm also going to be a pharm mentor and a math mentor this semester, so I'm going to be pretty busy.

i'm back at school as of monday (and i'm beginning to get stressed alread) taking pharmacology online, patho, young family health, and the EVIL statistics :'( our clinical focus is maternityin the hospital as well as the community. i can't wait to see a baby born!

Med-Surg, pharm and nutrition this semester. I start tomorrow.

I'm also taking my world civ class and an honors course.

I'm freaked because now I know how hard I have to work and I also know how darn quickly it all goes by!!!

My classes started on the 7th. This semester we have:

Monday:

8am to 9am Maternity Nursing lecture

9am to 10am Pharmacology (am auditing)

11am to 12pm Physiology lecture

1pm to 3 pm Disruptions in Mental Health lecture

Tuesday:

3pm to 9 pm Disruptions in Mental Health clinical at a pyschiatric hospital.

Wednesday:

Same as Monday except I also have Physiology Lab from 3pm to 4 pm

Thursday:

Maternity nursing clinical from either 8am to 2pm, or 2pm to 8pm.

Friday:

Pharmacology 9am to 10 am

Physiology lecture 11 am to 12 pm

Disruptions in Mental Health lecture from 1pm to 2pm.

Hi all, checking in! My classes are divided up into two separate "units" and you have to pass each one on its own. My first class starts February 18th, the final is on April 9th. Then we go on to the 2nd unit April 21st and the final is on June 11th. Yep, two separate finals to pass! I go Mondays & Tuesdays 650 to 1340 (clinical), Wednesday is lecture 800 to 1150. The units are:
