a stressful day can make us loose it, when i loose it i laugh ,crack hysterical jokes and even sing :lol2::idea: wow, like now, when in reality, i'm smoking mad.!!!!:angryfire how do you cope, sing , act silly, go silent!!!!!!!, turn into a real monster, only you know!!!!!! tell all!!!!!!!!

When I get really mad - I get very quiet. I'm very joking and talkative at work so when I go silent, everyone knows I'm upset. Usually, what gets me going is miserable co-workers (there are one or two) that just get my goat sometimes - oh and being so short staffed we can barely see straight .. all the while getting pounded about how we're not remembering to label all the lines. Grrrrrr - be happy they're all BREATHING ok?

Then.. I go home and make sure my resume is updated -makes me feel much better .

LOL.........I usually go silent.

Me too. My collegues dont like it when I am silent and follw me around asking, whats wrong are you ok. They are learning that it is not them I just need to be quiet.

Obviously 99.9% of the time I am jolly and people just dont like me to be serious and quite:uhoh3:

I vent to my coworkers with sympathetic ears. Failing that, I listen to my Jeff Foxworthy CD on my way home from work.

I'm about the whitest white girl you can think of - I'm dorky, I can't dance, I have almost the entire series of Friends on DVD - when I'm stressed to the max, I blast my E-Z CD; he's known for his hard-core, gangsta', filthy, appalling rap.

The drive home..if you drive country roads like I do..is a fab way to let the monsters out of your head! Volume up on the CD, sing along at the top of your voice...by the time i get home the monsters are left way behind!...(usually!:lol2: )

when i've had a bad night, i cry--bad. my dear, loving, wonderful husband :troll: :kiss (you get the picture) gets the brunt of my fit. i call him when i leave the hospital and cry and yell and scream all the way home. then when i get here, i crawl up into his lap:1luvu: and finish crying it out while he holds me. then i go to sleep.

my husband and i have been married 30 years, and i do believe it's better now than it was in the begining. i am truly blessed--he has stood behind me thru ort school, nursing school, failing out of nursing school (twice:imbar, but i made it), a very bad gambling addition that he had to bail me out of nearly $6000.00 in bad checks, behind house payments, and so on and so on. ya know-sometime he wasn't behind me, he was in front of me pulling me out of the mess. :blushkiss i really do love him. i am going right now and give him that hug!!
