If I have an enforced suspension in one state will all states suspend me? It's just to complete a refresher course and peer assistanceboard ordered enforced suspension
You'd have to check with each individual board, but they each seem very interested in things like this. I doubt you could just hop over a few states and carry on as if nothing had ever happened.
Don't all Boards of Nursing, in all states, have a requirement that one report a suspension? I have seen, on at least one occasion, where a nurse's license was disciplined in one state because (amongst other reasons) they failed to report license disciplinary action that occurred elsewhere.
Hello,
I am not sure if all the states are the same, but where I live the LPN program is about a year, but it only saves you one semester in nursing school I believe So in the end you will be paying way more money for something you don't really want. I would either find a university and go right for your BSN or just be patient and wait to get into the associates program and then do your RN to BSN after. I would not waste time and money doing an LPN program if you don't want to be an LPN.
