Hey all

I just came from the acronym site and to get medical acronyms there is a tab that says science and medicine. I typed in CPNE and found it under the science and medicine tab. This is a really helpful site. Thanx:cool:

i bought a book through amazon.com, [color=#003399]medical abbreviations: 26,000 conveniences at the expense of communications and safety (davis medical abbreviations) by neil m. davis

it's a great resource i can carry with me during nursing school and keep on my floor when i start work.

Awesome :) Just curious...how many of all those terms do you think a nurse uses on a regular basis? I am sure it dpends on where she works but it sure does look like alot of info lol

thanks a bunch

awesome thread everyone! You guys rock!

just a heads up for students. the facility that you are doing your clinicals at has a standardized list of approved abbreviations. it should be on every floor at teh nursing station.

don't go using just any abbreviation you find online- be careful

Thank you for the websites. I will be needing all the resourses I can get!

Thanks guys for that website very usefull.:yelclap:
