But I'm starting to becomes nervous and scared of whats to come. I know how hard and how much work must be put into this, but I'm starting to sike myself out of thinking that I will make it through.
For the newly accepted student for the Spring 2012, are you guys feeling happy, excited, nervous, scared and doubtful all at the same time?
Oh yeah I forgot to add anxiety to:uhoh3:
Supper Excited!!! I start January 3rd (RN) Springs 2012, found out last week, i am excited and nervous as crap!. Im sure i will be one of few males in the RN program so the pressure for me to succeed is doubled. I have already began preparing. The first course is Dosage Calculations and i am already half way through the book Lol!. I know that these next two years will be extremely Tumultuous but i am ready!
Found out last week I start January 3rd. At first I was incredibly excited. I finally get to do what Ive always wanted, and it feels great. But I'm starting to get nervous, worried about the money of course, and scared to death I"m going to fail. But I'm still excited that I finally get to do something I care about.
But anybody have to relocate and don't quite know where to begin?!? I'm heading from The Bay Area, CA to Buffalo NY.
You couldn't pick somewhere quite so extreme on the COLD end of the spectrum in the US as far as Buffalo goes. But upstate NY is so beautiful- just be sure to get lots of winter clothes, and enjoy the winter stuff like snowmobiling and sledding!
I got into Texas Woman's University BSN program at the Houston campus. We're waiting for our packets to get all the info- but I'm ALL OF THE ABOVE in the emotions category. I'm still a little shocked I was accepted. Apparently 800 applied and 90 were accepted at my campus and 100 at the Dallas.
Hi Everyone! I am starting clinicals Jan 9th. Very nervous & excited! I hear a lot of things from different people about how hard it is, which adds to my anxiety but hoping it isn't as bad as it sounds! I know it's going to be a lot of work. Cheers to us all for getting in & hoping we all graduate in 2 years!:-)
@ mjmoon: NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!! I thought snow would be a great winter addition to my life...UNTIL NOW, I returned home (to my mom's house in Seattle) until school begans...
It really does rain A LOT here! And by a lot, i mean 5-6 days out of the week!!!!
Maybe snow will not be as bad because I won't be wet all day????? AND I can still go out and be 'active' (snow sports!) and not sit in the house singing 'rain rain go away'. lol
PS....You've been to Buffalo?!?! What is it like????
