Acceptance Letters? MGH Direct-Entry Master's in Nursing

Hello!

Does anyone know when acceptance letters will be mailed out for the MGH d-e master's in nursing program? I know it's only been 3 weeks since the January 10th deadline, but I'm sure I'm not the only one biting my nails in the interim. :) I've looked through a few similar threads from a few years ago-- most students seemed to receive letters in early March, but who knows whether their program deadlines were the same. Thought I'd ask the question to get some discussion going. Hope all of us hear back soon! Good luck, everyone!

I've already decided that if I don't get accepted to MGH, my boyfriend and I are going to save up some money and go on an Alaskan cruise next year. Now THAT'S how to handle rejection! :-)

I bet the people in the MGH admissions office talk SO much smack about us every time we call...keep up the good work guys and we'll get these decisions soon! If we're all classmates next year our persistence would be a force to be reckoned with haha

I wonder how many calls they get a day, or if it's the same group of 3 of us that call? I hope it's the latter, and that they have pet names for us, based on voices. I hope mine is Chihuahua.

I wonder how hard it is for them to restrain themselves from saying something absurd like "actually, we decided to cancel the program this year because an elephant is stuck in the building. better luck next year!"

i'm thinking next time we need better voice disguises. I still have one of those "Home Alone" movie voice changers, I might test it out. if they could match voices to applications they'd reject us all due to annoyance haha.

Still no email for me! At this point pretty decided on going to NEU, but would still like to know!! I just think its so disrespectful they keep telling us we're about to hear and then NADA! Ugh, fingers crossed. Good luck everyone!!
