Hi hopeful Fall 2011 NYU students!
I recently submitted my application for the accelerated BNS program. I saw that other semesters had discussions and I thought it would be nice to start one for us, just to help each other out through the application process.
I looked at past ones when I was filling out my application and found them to be helpful, so hopefully it will be for us.
Love to see who all is applying and how it's going:)

Joel,
It does give options for events. No transfer credits are present, but I my transcripts from other schools that I took classes at are there. If they told you that your application was fine, I would follow what they say. Both the Albert system and Common Application are not always correct and accurate. If you want to know if your application is missing anything, I would call or email. The actual admissions office will let you know the status of your application.
Hey guys!
I've been creeping on this thread for a few days now so I figured I'd post on here. I applied to NYU pretty last minute- I was planning on applying for Spring 2012 but when I saw that the application pool was still open until April 1, I decided to apply. I figure I am taking my chances, but what do I have to lose other than the application fee, right? Anyways, good luck to everyone! I am also anxiously awaiting a decision!
Thanks, Annie! :)
I know that this is basically old news to most of you, but I got an e-mail today from the Admissions department that said, "Decisions will begin going out in late April and will be ongoing through early June."
Late April?! I was hoping at least that you guys would find out next week!

ok good to know. I need it just in case I don't get in to NYU. Hopefully I will know before April 26, which I believe is the drop date in our school.
So guys, I workout in a gym next to NYU Admissions building and every time I finish working out I feel like running upstairs and asking for my status... ;-(
I hope we find out soon. I can't concentrate and my class load this semester is heavy.
