Thank you for the kind words :) I had the interview on Monday and I think it went well. I have to take my micro yet and they did say that I would need to have it completed before potentially starting AMH in the fall. Im waitlisted for this semester so if I do not get in I must take it in the summer (assuming there is room). I got the impression if I did not get the class done I was not eligible for enrollment I did not feel like they were drilling me but they did not hesitate hitting the questions that matter, ie how will your family life be do you have support etc. With young kids its hard to be away so this was a fair question and I suppose they want to make sure I am not in denial that there will be some sort of tension at home with so much time away. I did not ask if they interview all applicants, I wondered that myself. I am not sure when I will know if I was accepted or not but the receptionist said that they are hoping for early March. Ughhhhhhhh.

I don't know if everybody gets an interview, because I submitted my application on 12/28/09 and I submitted my completed completed transcripts on 1/15/2010, and I have not been called for an interview yet. I noticed somebody posted that they submitted their app on 1/14 and already has an interview. So that makes me wonder. I would be a little upset if I don't atleast get an interview.

Hi everyone, I too applied to Dixon and had my interview this past Tuesday. It went very well and was told that I would know by March 1st. All my pre-reqs are done and completed. So now I wait and run to the mailbox everyday hoping for my letter.

Thanks, I'll need it. It is so competitive to get in there...I'm praying that I get in. I applied for evening/weekend. I work full-time and have a son, so I have no other choice.

I hope so too! I want it so bad....believe me you'll know when I hear. I'll be telling everyone...haha. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed. I keep going over the interview in my head and thinking about what was asked and what I said. I mean the interview went well, don't get me wrong. I just know that they interview alot of people and only accept so many...so I'm worried.

i was told that they interview about 10-20% of their applicants, so it's definately a positive thing being asked to come in for an interview. But I don't know how correct my source is.
