1. whats the best way to assess a semi conscious person, is it asking his name or flashing his eyes with light ?
2. whats the priority for Tetralogy of Falot infant suffering from cyanosis, is it knee chest position or Oxygen hood?

During the 24 hour urine collection, if the patient accidentally spills some amount of urine from the urine collection container.
will the 24 hour urine collection still be continued ?
Not only is it elderly abuse it's illegal and is called theft and the person who does this should go to jail.
If the 24 hr urine spills...the collection needs to start over.

The Pneumocystis pneumonia is spread by droplet, he should not share his room. The other is a herpes virus and is spread by direct contact during shedding.
