So I'm taking A&P1 in this upcoming fall semester, literally in three weeks yikes!, and last night I went onto my schools site and noticed they opened up a bunch of new classes for it. When I first signed up I just picked the only class they had left at the time and unfortunately, that meant I got the worst professor in the bunch. Last night I picked a new teacher but that class conflicts with my work schedule. Please don't start talking about how I shouldn't be working, in only taking two classes this semester and really need the money. Anyway, I noticed they are offering an online class, lecture is online and the lab is in person. This class works better for my schedule but would I be taking a huge risk taking A&P online or should I go for it? Any advice would help :)

Go for the online lecture and in person lab. Lots of my friends did this bc it worked best with their work schedules. Good luck!

If it works for you and you are able to handle online classes, go for it.

Have you taken online classes before? They take practice in my opinion so if this is your first, it may be more challenging for you. If you can self motivate and keep yourself organized, I'm sure it would be fine.

Why would anyone tell you that you shouldn't work? Quitting your job for school is a luxury; if you need to work, you need to work.
To take online, in my view, depends on your learning style. I personally would almost need to be in lecture, because I am very auditory. In my experience with about half of my RN-to-BSN program being online, most of the lectures are simply power points. Actually I think we only had one instructor who included recorded lectures with the powerpoints.
That's just me, though.

I am also considering A&P online but I am
excellent with online learning. Also
I have already taken A&P1, so it will be
very familiar.
I say if you have taken classes online before
and succeeded then you will be fine but
if its your first online class then you will need
to determine if you can handle online
studying.
Also consider taking a class that will
require less amount of studying like
your sciences maybe math depending how good
you are with math. Good luck!

I took A&P 1&2 online. They were both 100% online through my school. We still had labs/disections which were done at home and recorded for proof. I had no issue, but everyone is different. I say do what works for you. If you need to because of your job then do it. If it is important enough you will find a way to make one online class work.
