ONEHUNDRED,,,,,,,YEAAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!

I am sure you did better than you think on your exam!

I am up and running and feel better. Make Frodo a hefty Potroast dinner, so that his hot pants don't fall off :lol2:

LOL yeah really; I was thinking he needs to get a little meat on his bones! Sort of like my 7 yo ds at his last appointment. The dr. said it was a relief from seeing obese children at least but to feed him LOTS of cheese pizza. Maybe I should put Frodo on the same diet!

So how sick would it be to put clay muscles over his bones, followed by skin, etc. Would that not be most hilarious yet undeniably truly weirdest thing I've had flit through my head?

Have a great day! :lol2:

There comes a time after all that studying that you just have to turn it all over to god so that you can have peace. I trust god that I will recall stuff from my memory (that my brain will not give out on me)

So far so good, it's like I never had that darn menigitis

I'll light my little spiritual candle, it has an angle on it.

BTW, I wanted to thank you for this paragraph you wrote to me a few weeks ago! That is so true and it really helped me to stay calm.
BTW, I wanted to thank you for this paragraph you wrote to me a few weeks ago! That is so true and it really helped me to stay calm.

I am so glad that it helped you. It's something I learned after the meningitis and all those crazy operations ( 5 in a course of 18 months within the last 2 1/2 years)

There you go put some meat on them bones :lol2: my son is also 7 and is loosing all of his pants, I feed him milkshakes, icecream and he loves cheese pizza as well. It took my oldest forever to weigh 100 pds. He is now 6 feet tall and weighs 180+ pounds. I couldnl't believe that he was my son when I visited him this last summer. There was a time when he was growing that he consumed a Supersized McDonalds meal + and extra cheeseburger meal!!!!! When he ate an entire box of macaroni and cheese by himself, nothing was left for the rest of the family :lol2: I started buying everything "Family Size"

Just be happy that your son is not overweight, he will grow to become a strong man! Just keep feeding him the best you can.

So how did everyone do? I don't have my marks yet but maybe this week sometime .. if I check them.

Anyway, I guess it's about time to say bye-bye to this thread. Anyone still out there and what are you plans for the next term?

Now I knew YOU were out there!! I will miss you in the A&P threads but look forward to hearing about your A+ in Micro :chuckle . I think we should IM each other over the holidays because I will miss you too much!!

Have you started hitting the books for Micro yet? Mine still has the cellophane wrapper on it. I hear there is a study guide also but not sure if it will be a waste of money .. i have mixed feelings about those as the A&P one for our text is kind of useless! :p I will say hi to Frodo for you! xo

Haven't bought the micro book yet but I must say that for the science classes so far it has been very beneficial to get the study guides, I am glad I did. So if a study guide is available for micro I will get it. I do have a learning disability and anything that helps burn things into my brain is worth it! Although things are getting much better for me compare to how things were just 2 years ago when we first moved here to SA. I am cleaning out old stuff around the house and came across the findings of the specialist who tested my cognitive abilities after my illness and I still have to agree with alot of the findings....here I am reading it and nodding my head to alot of things, especially the fatigue factor which is still plaguing me quite a bit. He is always making reference to my 'intellectual potential'.....I guess I have enough of it :D I just need to be able to remember better! Taking these classes is a true challenge for me and as long as I can pace myself I will do ok. Please stay in touch, I always enjoy talking to you......and get Frodo a big juicy ham for X-mas (we will have one :p with mashed taters and corn and chocolate pie and.....OMG the pounds are creeping back around my gluteus :D ) Maybe we need to start the 'Kaffeeklatsch' thread just for socializing purposes cause I'm sure many of the others will peep in and see what's up here during the X-mas break. Take care and enjoy your time off with your family.

Yeah I'm sure it sure couldn't hurt!! I didn't see it when I was there but I will be checking it out and re-evaluating it once I do. Maybe I should be doing that tomorrow, come to think of it!

I haven't necessarily been checking all the headings every day but count me in your Kaffeeklatsch!!

Talk soon! :)

Alright :)

Now that I am pretty much over the flu/cold that I had my son started.....poor kid. Well, since we are in school kids aren't allowed to get sick during that time we are in classes, only if we are off ?!?!:)

Ok, I'll start the Kaffeklatsch threat and see you there!
