Ok, a thread like this is inevitably started every semester and since I just got home from registering I thought I'd take the opportunity to start the thread for this coming Fall. Who's with me and what other classes will you be taking, if any. Aside from A & P 1 I'm taking sociology....
Good Luck everyone!!!!
The cc did not seem to have a problem, plus I have a BSc (hons) already in biological sciences, and studied microbiology there, plus did a Masters in genetics with lots of micro components, so should not be too hard. It was just CWRU wants me to refresh on the courses as I completed my BSc in 2002. I think CWRU only needs a 2.5 GPA for my pre-reqs as I am already accepted (they said that at the interview, but I will confirm!)
I know different schools have different rules about pre-reqs. That's probably what it is. I still like my schedule a whole lot better than I do yours, lol.
I'll be taking A&P 1 and either Lifespan Development online (I hear the Prof. gives very difficult essay questions on each quiz) or Intro to Religion (on campus class)
Can anyone tell me which of the two would be a better choice for the Fall? I could also take Lifespan Develop. in the Spring which will be taught on campus by a different Prof. who I hear is very nice but can be tough. I did hear his class isn't all that difficult but is still challenging. I don't know which class to take w/A&P 1. Whichever class I don't take in the Fall I'll need to take in the Spring w/A&P 2. Any opinions?? I do know that A&P 1 will be difficult no matter what. I took A&P 1 and 2 19 yrs. ago when I was in school full-time studying Dental Hygiene. I just barely made a C in both classes then. I do have a 4.0 going into St. Vincent's and would love to keep my GPA strong so I can get into the Honor Society for the Spring 10'. We'll see!!
Please guide me as to which class, Lifespan Development or Intro to Religion to take this coming Fall w/A&P 1. Thanks to all and best of luck to everyone!

I'd take the Lifespan Developent course. Essay questons or not, it stll sounds like the better choice with A&P. That's just my personal guess though.
I am taking A & P I this Fall as well! I'm happy to have some study buddies lol.:chuckle These are the classes I'm taking:Anatomy and Physiology I w/ lab
Chemistry for Liberal Arts without lab
Elementary Statistics
General Psychology
Looks like I'm in for a rough semester! I'm so ready though! Bring it on!I can't wait to be a student nurse next Fall!
Had to change my schedule unexpectedly. :uhoh21: Now it looks like this:
Anatomy & Physiology I w/ lab:yeah:
Introduction to General Chemistry w/ lab:smackingf
Elementary Statistics:barf01:
Introduction to Sociology :roll
This is going to be a lot of work. But I'm still super excited! I can't wait to get started!

I'll have A&P I in the fall too and I already passed Sociology with an A. Sociology isn't a hard class. I can't give you an opinion on the others yet though.
I'm taking Anatomy and Physiology I, College Algebra, and Statistics.
Wow two math classes at once? You're braver than me lol. Or maybe just better at math...
I have Chem and Statistics at the same time though... and as I understand Chemistry is just as much math as it is science... so I'm a bit worried about that.
Good luck with your classes though! I'm sure we'll both study hard and make A's!
