I just finished my in May and really it was an all online program which I didn't seem to have a problem with but you need excellent time management. Each class was 5 weeks and it went fast.... But I liked where I went

RN to BSN? A complete waste of time, money and resources. That includes financial, mental and social issues.

I don't think it's a waste of time especially when magnet hospital are requiring it and many hospitals are ONLY hiring BSN nurse.

Also, education is never a waste of time l.

Magnet status is a dying fad. Hospitals that find they require this soon find they are chronically short staffed.

$0.20-$0.40 more an hour for thousands of dollars invested (not to mention time). I only do financial management as a hobby but the ROI tells me that it's a waste of resources.

For me, it was finding the time to manage homework , kids, and work. I work 2 jobs, 60 hours per week in general, and have 4 kids that are 6, 9, 11, 13, plus 2 dogs, so finding the right balance is hard. I'm glad I am almost done though. I finish this month. Also glad the classes were 7 weeks.

Our hospital is magnet and people are trying crazy hard to work there....

Again education is never a waste.
