Shadowed a Student RN today!

Hi Everyone,
I had the best experience today, one of the schools I applied to offers a shadow program, where you follow a student nurse for a few hours while he or she is at clinicals. The students are in their last semester, so they are pretty independent.
It was so fun!! I loved it!! I can't wait to get into the program and start clinicals! I loved the excitement of it, nurses, doctors, physical therapists, students, patients everywhere. I loved talking to the patients and giving them a smile. I love the fact that I will be helping people and doing something different everyday. I love the clinical reports-BP, heart rate, history, all the terminology!!
It was a great day! Just wanted to share!

I am a 3rd semester student. I am loving nursing school. Yes it is difficult and challenging at times. But it is also the most rewarding. Good luck!
