I got a B in Chemistry!!!!!

My grades finally went up and I got a B in Chemistry!!!! I may actually get into a nursing program now!! 3.76 gpa!! I was so worried about this class and failed it the first time so im super excited. I just need to pass with an A in AP1 in the fall and I may actually get accepted into a program!yayyy!!!!

Congrats! You will do fine. I got a B in Chem 1 and a C+ in Chem 2. One of my hardest classes. But A&P actually was the easiest classes for me. You want to be a nurse right? You'll love A+P and that's probably why I did so well. Because I was so interested in it. Anyway, if you're good at straight memorizing and notecards, A+P will be a breeze. Goodluck! I just got into nursing school and I know how stressful It is just waiting and waiting. But the day you get accepted into the nursing program will be one of the best days of your life. So work hard, it'll all pay off!

Congrats :) At my school A&P are two separate classes with taking anatomy first and than physiology. Note cards are going to be your friend, have already started making mine for my Anatomy class that starts in two weeks (took the class 7 years ago and than things happened where I couldn't continue in school, finally getting back). For anatomy one of the things that really helped me besides the notecards was having a coloring book, there are free ones available online. For learning things such as the different bones of the skull it really helped, I color coded everything and than spent countless hours looking at those pages quizzing myself on what was what. I loved my anatomy class when I took it and look forward to doing it again.

Yay congrats to u!!!! I was so freaked out by the mere thought of a Chem class. I took Chem and Micro during the same semester and I did pretty well in both! That was one of the hardest semesters for me, I literally had 3 books bags I carried throught out campus each day, it sucked big time. A&P 1 & 2 was so awesome I got As in both! If you are trying to get into a nursing program do well in those 2 classes!!! My best avdice for A&P: flashcards and science lab every day that you can go!

Congrats! What a great improvement. That's a pretty good GPA! Just focus and dedicate yourself and you'll get an A in A&P. Its a lot of memorizing in the first semester of A&P.

Congrats! I took chemistry 1 & 2 within one semester and it was awful! I got my first C in chem 2 and I really thought it would hinder me getting in to nursing school, but it didn't. Your grades are higher than mine and seem competitive to me. Best of luck finishing your pre-reqs!
