Nursing Students School Programs

Published

I've made a new thread for those accepted, and attending, any of the Hillsborough Community College Spring nursing programs for 2017.

Welcome, and congrats!!

Congrats everyone!

As for the background check. I'm gonna try and get the answers tonight at HCC from Health Science Admissions.

I will let you guys know!

Thanks and congrats to everyone for working hard to get here but it's more work to be done before we wear out Nursing titles!!! Let's all be great

I went and talked to an advisor today about the two questions I was unsure about at the bottom of the background check form that's due on the 11th and she told me to email the health sciences department and ask them... So that's what I'm doing now. Hopefully any of you who go talk to an advisor can get a more helpful answer.

I have class after work tonight so I'm going to ask the Health Science Admissions directly.

Hey guys. I took a picture of exactly what needs to go on the forms. It's not letting me post from my iPhone so I will post after my exam tonight.

Here are the required immunizations if you want to get a move on things.attachment.php?attachmentid=23094&stc=1

Are you guys gonna check with them to make sure they received everything in order? I'm so paranoid something will go wrong lol

I put a self addressed postcard in my packet so that I'll know when they've received it but as far as making sure that the right forms were submitted and everything... I'm super paranoid about that too lol

Acceptance form. Background release results and the 38 bucks...that's it?

Yep, just those three things. I did go down to the Ybor campus today though and got fingerprinted because I want to get everything taken care of early in case there are any complications. The fingerprinting wasn't bad, its just a bit confusing to get there if you've never been to that campus before (which I hadn't)

I also included a stamped postcard in my packet...even though I turned it in on campus.
