I've made a new thread for those accepted, and attending, any of the Hillsborough Community College Spring nursing programs for 2017.
Welcome, and congrats!!
My name is Troyesha I had on a black striped shirt . NurseRobles17 I will have my associates in December and then going for my a.s in nursing in January so you think I won't get it because I will have my associates in arts? I know one lady told me it's by attempt hours and not hours that you have and it's like 118 hours per degree program idk i will just save my financial aid just in case.
So I found a bit of information. It sounds like you could do both associate degrees and be ok. It's a little confusing, so don't take me as an expert.
If the student's previous degree was an Associate's degree or certificate, however, she will potentially be eligible for a Pell Grant. So long as the student has not yet received a Bachelor's degree, she remains eligible for the Pell Grant.
As of the 2012 to 2013 school year, federal financial aid guidelines have become stricter. The previous maximum of 18 semesters of Pell Grant have been reduced to a maximum of 12 lifetime semesters, and is retroactively effective.
Thank you so much for that NurseRobles17 I appreciate that so much. I also remember the financial aid lady telling me they give additional credits for A.S for a combined 108 so I won't fall into that until after I finish nursing because I will only be taking nursing courses nothing more.
Hey guys I have questions about the vaccinations, I have most of them done but I'm worried if like I have to get them done cause it's been over ten years, I emailed the health sciences director and got no reply and went to her office and she wasn't there. So my question is it ok if my HEPATITIS B shot is over ten years ago I got all three does and the same for my varicella I got both doses. Please help
