I interviewed for my dream job about a week ago and still waiting for an answer..and received an offer on a Skilled Nursing Facility on this past Friday. I told them I would get back with them at the end of the week. I also got an interview scheduled for the 11th on a Med-Surg unit. I'm really torn on what to do as I have been looking for a job almost a year, and the SNF is like my last choice. Which option would you choose and why?

I should also probably add the SNF job starts February 16th

Take the job offered, and if something better comes, take it. SNFs are used to high turnover. They won't like it, but oh well.

One in the hand is worth two in the bush! Take the job offer. If the other job offer comes through just tell the SNF thanks for the opportunity but I decided to accept a different position.
