The print ones can easily be worn shopping, do lawn work, maybe do grocery shopping. However, what in the world do you do with those smiley face scrubs that were all the rage a few years ago, those Minnie Mouse sets you just couldn't live without, the cutesy scrubs that work at work but can't make it even at WalMart? Well....there's always the Goodwill donation center. What do you do with all your old scrubs?
A lot of those countries are still in white tunics and colour pants, uniforms are often strictly enforced. What about free clinics? I'm sure the nurses that are there would appreciate a vacuum up pair or 2 for the inevitable explosions of blood and vomit. These are local and would not have a stock of scrubs.

I think of scrubs as "cheap" also, probably because when I worked in the business world (accountant) I had to wear suit skirts and heels. I do NOT wear mine outside of work. After I have worked in scrubs all week, the last thing I want to wear is scrubs!
