Hi there!

I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.

1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH

2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce

3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )

4. Employment certificate from Saudi

- needs to have details of sick leave

-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp

5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months

6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation

7. Copy of SCFHS card

I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.

Hi. I already passed the CBT and now I am a bit intimidated with the number of requirements i need to process. But thanks to this thread I am getting by. Anyhow, with your COE guys, do I really need to provide for the sick leave details?

Hi. I just passed the CBT today. However, it's already late here and i cant sleep because I am overwhelmed with all the requirements i need to pass to NMC. So i started searching for solutions and i ended up here. It's such a relief to read that i am not alone and there"s something i can do with my problems. I worked in saudi for 3.5 years. And unemployed for almost 2 years now. So i will really have difficulty with the reference letter/form to be filled out. Can i ask anyone from here to help me with all the explanation letters i need to attach please? Thank you so much. Hi! I have the same case with you. I have all the other documents except for the final exit visa because I did not finish my contract. Are there any other options or replacement documents? I have mu police clearance though..

Hi Dee! Like you I am also a nurse here in Riyadh, I am still completing my documents needed for NMC registration. Likewise, I contacted NMC and they said that I can send them back a blank copy of the form attached with my Certificate of good standing, letter of explanation as to why it is blank, an a copy of my Saudi Council Card (regardless if it is expired or currently active).

Just to be sure, I also hope to send these with a copy of the MEMO from SCFHS indicating that they are not filling up such forms anymore. Do you still have a copy of the MEMO? I hope you can send it to my email account: [email protected]

Hello..I am from India .nw working in saudi Arabia planning for exit...I have one doubt regarding good standing certificate..my saudi council license will expire by 2018 November..

As my friends told good standing certificate is having only 3 months validity,is it still possible for me to take good standing certificate from India even my Saudi council will get expired ??if I want good standing cert.after 2 years,and my saudi council is expired already will it b possible to get this certificate through online?and is there any relation between saudi council validity and good standing certificate validity?

I just called the NCMF regarding my exit visa. I told them that i was not able to get a copy of police clearance. I even informed them about you did in replacement of the police clearance. The woman on the other line said "Muslim ka ba? Pag hindi ka Muslim hindi ka naman entertain"

So, only Muslim Filipinos will be allowed for exit verification?

Hi everyone!

I entered NMC assessment queue on June 14 2017, they sent me email August 4 (after 38 days) that they need further information - it is my exit visa from KSA, because they did not receive my police clearance from KSA within 3 months after it has been issued. But I don't have exit visa.

Before I left Riyadh, I asked the HR if I can have a copy of exit visa, but the personnel told me it's electronic and they don't provide any.

Now, I read some comments in forums that they will accept the translated and certified exit stamp. Anyone had the same issue?

Maybe you can try to have it translated and certified by other translation company.

Hi. I don't have final exit visa too. But I read they are accepting exit stamp on passport. I will try this one. We'll see if they will accept.

NMC sent me an email that they need my final exit visa but I don't have one.

hi there! I would just like to ask if i need to have my police clearance here authenticated by the embassy? Or having it stamped by the chamber of commerce would be enough? Thanks!
