Hi there. I had been busy for the past few weeks on my application process. Sorry for the delay in responding to all the threads. With regards to my application, I had sent all the requirements to NMC and I am waiting for their feedback and queue for the DL. Some good friends online had helped me through with the application process. I also had emailed the NMC regarding my status so I will have a proof/basis for the requirements that were sent out to them in case they will ask why.

To start with,

1. I had printed all the forms from the NMC. I had given the school forms to the office of the DEAN and requested for breakdown of theory hours and course description. After that, they asked me to forward these to the office of the registrar to have all those three documents stamped and attached the Schools official TOR. So all in all I have 4 documents in one sealed pack. ( NMC forms, breakdown, course description and TOR ) Make sure to take note the start and end date as these will be reflected on the portal.

2. Next is the PRC form. Just present the form and they know what to do about it. I paid 75 for the document and 25 for the stamp. However , the shipping and mailing fee costs about 3000 PHP. I just opted for them to send it anyway so as I will not be coming back to the PRC office since it will take around 3 - 5 days to process the form.

3. This is the most "crucial part". lol. This is the second form of the post registration section for the SCFHS. As per advised by the NMC , they told me to just print a blank form and enclose the Certificate of Good Standing. This can be obtain by requesting it online which costs around 300 riyals. Also, I had written an explanation letter regarding my blank forms and attached the official announcement from the saudi council that they are not processing verification forms but instead they are issuing Good Standing certificate in lieu of it.

4. With regards to the police clearance, I still had uploaded and submitted it with a translation from the NCMF together with my exit stamp and visa ( from muqeem portal/online visa). Though it was uploaded in the portal, I sent it on the pack since the dry seal from the translations is not visible in the PDF files with an explanation attached to it.

For the Saudi certificate, I was able to obtain it. I had just attached the translation as one PDF file and my ID and uploaded it on the portal. But with my case, I still had forwarded the original copy since the translator is using the dry seal and it is not visible in the upload.

5. Work experience forms - I personally had emailed the council about this. I explained to them about my case that I can't be able to process these forms to be filled up by my recent employer in Saudi . With that being said, they told me that I can opt to have my referrals from home country as long as it is a continuous 12 months experience and is filled up by a senior or medical practioner. So all of my referrals were from my first employer to which I had worked for three years.

6. Declaration of Good Health - I was advised by my agency to have my medical exam already so I just presented it to the clinic and the examining doctor filled it up. However, for those who will choose to have their own personal doctor to examine them,, make sure you don't work in the same employer or he or she is not related to you.

So I guess this would be all. I am still waiting for result.

Hello. May I ask If the NMC UK or The NMBI Ireland is accepting the Nurse Technician as stated in my Saudi Council Certificate? In my COE though it was written that I was a staff nurse.

Hi there! I guess we have the same classification for all Filipino expat nurses in Saudi- nurse technician. So far, the nursing council has been accrediting that classification even in US.

hi guys, i am currently applying for nmc and im faced with the same problem. i am stuck with my license verification from saudi council and i had been contacting them for several times now. im sure glad i clicked this site. it gave me a lot answers. however, i cannot find the official announcement from saudi council for not processing verification forms. can anyone send me the link? i also have another problem with my saudi police clearance since i did not get one before i left. i contacted an agency about this and said they can process this for 1000 usd which is too expensive. i also read that we can use our exit visa if we don't have the police clearance but my problem is that i also have a re entry visa that i did not use. will the NMC accept this? thanks

Hi there!

Hope all is well with you. I have been there too. I was literally at lost and don't really know what to do but some great people online had helped me through the process. The very first thing you have to do is contact the NMC. Raise all your concerns so as they will know your situation. For sure they will give you a list of instructions to address your concerns. In my case, I really told them that I can't be able to get in contact with my previous employer. They usually suggest and give instruction on case to case basis.

With regards to the announcement, I will send it to you once I am able to get logged in using my PC. On the other hand, regarding your police clearance, you don't need it unless it is within the 3 month time period like the NBI. They will advice you to have your Exit stamp on your passport scanned and printed and have it attached with the translation from the certified translator. ( NCMF / DFA) . Just also include the exit visa or the muqeem print out attached to the copy of your exit stamp. 1000 usd is pretty costly,really,

You mentioned that you have a reentry visa. Does that mean that you did not finish your contract? Just try to ask the embassy or contact the DFA if they can give you a certificate of no criminal record.

I have read somewhere that there was one who was able to get one with that kind of certification. However, someone must be there in Jeddah or Riyadh to follow those up.

Thank you so much for replying and for your advise. Yes, I do have a re entry visa which technically means I did not finish my contract but I worked in a private polyclinic where we did not have any signed contracts at all. Upon finishing my 2 year contract with them, we did have a verbal agreement of renewing it but no signing of papers where involved. It was a complicated case because the clinic was sold to another employer during my renewal. The present employer was new to this type of business and did'nt know exaclty the things to be done so when I decided to end my services there they said they will give me a re entry visa incase I wanted to go back and if not,it will not be a problem because they also issued an exit visa. Well, this is also one of my problems now since a final exit paper is needed for nmc.

Anyway, thank you again and I guess I will follow your suggestion on contacting the nmc for this. I hope things will go smoothly. Please don't forget to send the announcement from scfhs to my email. Stay safe and God bless.

I just want to ask what if you can't get a Certificate of Good Standing? Can you use your the No Objection Letter with the Official Saudi stamp?

Hi..

I know it must have been very confusing in complying the NMC requirements especially the ones from Saudi. Well about your question. The Certificate of Good Standing is actually a requirement for your Saudi license verification. Since the Saudi commission is not filling up anymore the RAV form ( registration and verification form) , they are issuing the Good Standing on that behalf. That is very important and that is the last requirement the NMC is asking. It can easily be obtain by requesting it online thru their website and pay 300 SAR.

The No objection letter with the official Saudi Stamp will be a supporting document for you Police Clearance, in case if you don't have one. It was actually issued by your employer and not by the council. So that could not be used as a substitute.

Hi! I am currently processing m y application for NMC. I would like to ask you how you made an explanation regarding the lack of police clearance from KSA. I do have an exit visa stamp on my passport, but I believe an explanation letter is also expected, aside from the english translation, right? Also, what did you include in your letter regarding the scfhs cogs + blank nmc form? If you could kindly advise me, it would be much appreciated. TIA eadd: [email protected]

Hi there. Sorry for my late reply. You must have read through my previous post regarding the Saudi documents for the NMC . On my personal experience, what I actually did, I submitted the following documents for the NMC. I uploaded these on the portal and I sent them also together with the other docs in the parcel.

1. Entry Visa( 2011 )and Exit Stamp (2015) - all photocopies

2. Translation from the NCMF ( government agency that do translation for arabic docs)

3.Explanation letter - as to why I sent them the exit visa and not able to obtain the recent copy.

4. Police Clearance ( 2015) I still sent my police clearance I was able to get a week prior I exit.

4. First page copy of my First and Second passport. I changed passports in between during my stay in saudi arabia so my entry and exit stamp has different passport number

5. Exit Visa print out from online portal ( muqeem) arabic and english version - I was able to get this one from the Human Resource department. They only have the log in details to check your expired/used visa from the saudi gov website.

I actually sent all the documents that would support my application though as per instruction I was only told to send my translated exit visa.

For the licensing and verification, I sent the following

1. Saudi Certificate ( grey colored )- Professional Accreditation Certificate

2. Translation of the Saudi Certificate

3. Blank NMC Registration and Verification form

4. Explanation letter - to why I cant be able to process the verification at the SCFHS office

5. Certificate of Good Standing - recent

6. Memorandum from the SCFHS Riyadh as to why there are no longer processing.

7. Copy of my old and new Saudi council card. - I have stayed 4 years in saudi so I was able to renew, but I send the same two ID's anyway.

In short, I literally had sent all the documents that would support my registration at the SCFHS.
