I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.
hi everyone. I am new in this thread hope you can help me. Anyways, i already read the conversations here and I learned a lot. I am also an ex KSA Nurse but residing now in Phil. i have all the papers mention above except for the police clearance. I'm not that confident if I can have one because it's hard to ask for someone's help there (all of my friends are working weekdays). Pls enlighten me with what should I do now. I have my NOC with me, as well as exit papers and SCFHS certification By the way I am still here in the Philippines and will take IELTS Soon. God Bless Us All.
Hi Dee! Like you I am also a nurse here in Riyadh, I am still completing my documents needed for NMC registration. Likewise, I contacted NMC and they said that I can send them back a blank copy of the form attached with my Certificate of good standing, letter of explanation as to why it is blank, an a copy of my Saudi Council Card (regardless if it is expired or currently active).
Just to be sure, I also hope to send these with a copy of the MEMO from SCFHS indicating that they are not filling up such forms anymore. Do you still have a copy of the MEMO? I hope you can send it to my email account: [email protected]

Hello fellow nurses, I processed my verification 3 weeks ago in SChs office at Diplomatic Quarters. They are still processing the verification, mine took them 2 weeks to complete.
