  1. Hello donnieee. Minimum of 2 references are required. It will also be a good idea not to declare on your barcoded forms unregistered practice. However, you might be asked about employment gap once they assess your application. So be prepared for that. Also, you can even chose 2 references from your current employer. And again they might ask for employment gap declaration. There are cases they will not ask though. Like in my case, my first reference is KSA Aug 2012- Sept 2016 And 2nd is Oct 2007 - March 2010. I don't know exactly their criteria for asking the gap. Good luck on your processing. It might get overwhelming but just work on it and you will be alright. I hope this information helps.
  2. Hi desireejoy. Yes, the attached certification is what I sent along with the translated and copy of arabic document.
  3. Also, it was convenient for me to transact with Orange Translations. I didn't have to go to Manila for translation. It's a little bit pricey, but to be honest I have no idea how much other translation company would cost. So I have nothing to compare to. I hope this information helps.
  4. I didn't have to explain for saudi council because they accomplished my RAV. I had my police clearance and saudi council certificate translated in Riyadh. I don't remember the cost anymore. But for my exit stamp I paid 2800 php for translation with the certification that they are legitimate company. I just sent an email. They said 3-5 working days but I received a scanned copy via email the following day. Then the hard copy via courier after two days. The company is Orange Translations.
  5. I know it can get overwhelming. But just take one step at a time. For the RAV, SCFHS Riyadh actually filled up my form and sent it to NMC. All you have to do now is print your RAV for SCFHS and send it with good standing. No need to explain. NMC is aware of this already. Don't mix up your RAV for PRC and SCFHS. For the exit stamp, I only explained it in email where I attached the translated document. Just like how I explained earlier.
  6. No worries! I wish to help as much as I can. I hope your application will go smoothly. If you have more queries please just let me and other colleagues know.
  7. Perfect. Then that's it. It's the date of your certification. It should be around the date you arrived in KSA.
  8. Do you have the certificate of registration from SCFHS? The gray colored certificate. You have to translate this for future use. It's indicated there. But in the mean time, you can try to ask some of your arabic friends to translate it for you. Just take a picture and send to ine of them.
  9. Hi desireejoy. Thank you. Yes, exit stamp is fine. Actually, they were asking for exit visa but I told them my employer in KSA isn't proving a hard copy. So they accepted the exit stamp instead. Good luck on your application.
  10. Hi elsky. Did you send your saudi police clearance to NMC within 3 months of issue? If not, have your exit visa or exit stamp translated and certified. For me, I used my exit stamp. I just took photos of my stamps and asked my friend from saudi to tell me is my latest exit stamp which I specified the date. I'm from Laguna so I didn't want to go to Manila just for translation. I processed my translation on line thru orange translations. NMC accepted that. I finally received my DL after re-entering the queue on August 9. They asked me for this additional information. Good luck on your application. í ½í¸Š
  11. Thank you for that information. I know someone who got feedback last week of July and still hasn't received another feedback. And if you have read some comments a few days back there are colleagues who got back in queue same date as me and they got their DLs already. Best is to follow with the NMC. Hopefully we will receive our DLs soon.
  12. Hi. No words from NMC yet. Did they provide you email address for your assessor? If that's the case I believe it will be faster. When did they inform you regarding the additional information?
  13. Hi, have you tried to call or send an email? And have you confirmed that you are actually in the queue? For me, even after they gave feedback about their review of my file, they didn't give me any contact info of my assessor. We are all going through this waiting game. Just follow up with them. That's fine. I hope we'll get pur DL's soon.
  14. Hi everyone! For those of you who have received the DL's, congratulations. 😊 And good luck on your move forward. And for those who are still waiting, I'm with you. 😊 Here's my status: June 14 - entered queue Aug 4 - further information required (exit visa from KSA) Aug 9 - entered queue again Atm - waiting for feedback/DL I'm one of those who were not provided with assessor's email so I guess our cases take more time than those with direct contact person. I have a question, does NMC usually ask for additional information once? Or is there any instance that they will ask again after another? Hopefully my file gets assessed and my DL issued soon. I'm praying for everyone's success on this journey.
  15. I was already here when I started complying with the NMC forms. My friends did it for me. They brought the form to SCFHS and paid for the processing. I read that they're no longer doing it? Thank you. I hope 🙏🏻
