I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.
Hi there. Sorry for my late reply. You must have read through my previous post regarding the Saudi documents for the NMC . On my personal experience, what I actually did, I submitted the following documents for the NMC. I uploaded these on the portal and I sent them also together with the other docs in the parcel.
2. Translation from the NCMF ( government agency that do translation for arabic docs)
3.Explanation letter - as to why I sent them the exit visa and not able to obtain the recent copy.
4. Police Clearance ( 2015) I still sent my police clearance I was able to get a week prior I exit.
4. First page copy of my First and Second passport. I changed passports in between during my stay in saudi arabia so my entry and exit stamp has different passport number
5. Exit Visa print out from online portal ( muqeem) arabic and english version - I was able to get this one from the Human Resource department. They only have the log in details to check your expired/used visa from the saudi gov website.
I actually sent all the documents that would support my application though as per instruction I was only told to send my translated exit visa.
For the licensing and verification, I sent the following
1. Saudi Certificate ( grey colored )- Professional Accreditation Certificate
2. Translation of the Saudi Certificate
3. Blank NMC Registration and Verification form
4. Explanation letter - to why I cant be able to process the verification at the SCFHS office
5. Certificate of Good Standing - recent
6. Memorandum from the SCFHS Riyadh as to why there are no longer processing.
7. Copy of my old and new Saudi council card. - I have stayed 4 years in saudi so I was able to renew, but I send the same two ID's anyway.
In short, I literally had sent all the documents that would support my registration at the SCFHS.

Hello fellow nurses, I processed my verification 3 weeks ago in SChs office at Diplomatic Quarters. They are still processing the verification, mine took them 2 weeks to complete.

Hi, I sent an email to the NMC regarding this issue, my police clearance was nearing the expiration date when I passed the CBT. So, I was told that if you can't get a valid police clearance (note: the police clearance will be valid for 3 months from the issue date) you can upload your translated exit visa or exit stamp on your passport in the NMC portal. Make sure that you get a declaration from the translator. If you're already in the Philippines, you can have your docs translated at the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos in Commonwealth, Quezon City. You have to pay extra to get the declaration. You will get the translated docs on the same day.

PS. All docs that are written in arabic need to be translated in english like police clearance and certificate of registration.
Hi, regarding your exit stamp/exit visa. I only have an exit visa number and i cannot find which exit stamp was the latest on my passport. can the ncmf still help me with that? do you know how can i be able to get a copy of my exit visa using the number that my emplyer gave me? thank you
i sent my docs without the memo because as per NMC instruction the MEMO is not needed at all.. i only included Good standing from scfhs the blank RAV and notarized explanation letter. I entered queu last sept 15... so i will see their feedback in the coming weeks or months...crossing fingers that it will not take too long...

Did NMC adviced u to send Good standing cert + blank barcoded form + explanation instead of the filled-up RAV? I inquired NMC via email if I can do the same, awaiting reply.

Hi hamely! yes i asked NMC via email about RAV for scfhs and they replied that they know about scfhs not completing forms so they will just ask a recent good standing cert + notarized explanation letter + blank RAV and i also added my scfhs ID ( certified copy) as additional doc...
