I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.
Hi hamely! yes i asked NMC via email about RAV for scfhs and they replied that they know about scfhs not completing forms so they will just ask a recent good standing cert + notarized explanation letter + blank RAV and i also added my scfhs ID ( certified copy) as additional doc...

I managed to get a police clearance and have it translated. would it still be valid? or is there another document that I can send to NMC in lieu of the police clearance. also, can you send me a copy/sample of the explanation letter for the RAV. thanks in advanced. my email add is [email protected]

Hi elsky. Did you send your saudi police clearance to NMC within 3 months of issue? If not, have your exit visa or exit stamp translated and certified.
For me, I used my exit stamp. I just took photos of my stamps and asked my friend from saudi to tell me is my latest exit stamp which I specified the date.
I'm from Laguna so I didn't want to go to Manila just for translation. I processed my translation on line thru orange translations. NMC accepted that.
I finally received my DL after re-entering the queue on August 9. They asked me for this additional information.

You can have the exit stamp on your passport translated at the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos. Make sure to get a translator's declaration too, to avoid delays and resubmission. I had to resubmit mine because I failed to upload a translator's declaration. The Saudi Police Clearance is only valid for 3 months.

Is it okay if I will just use my exit stamp on my passport? I have my final exit visa but there is a discrepancy ubder the proffesion section. I was an ICU nirse in saudi before, but my employer put "birth and gynecology nurse" on my final exit visa. It's difficult for me to ask my employer to write an explanation letter regarding the wrong information.. Please reply. Thank you so much. Congratulations on receiving your DL.:)
How did you know the registration date of your saudi license? I'm having difficulty in finding mine, because only the expiration/validity date is available on the saudi council ID. Please help. Thank you so much.:)

Yes, exit stamp is fine. Actually, they were asking for exit visa but I told them my employer in KSA isn't proving a hard copy. So they accepted the exit stamp instead.

Do you have the certificate of registration from SCFHS? The gray colored certificate. You have to translate this for future use. It's indicated there. But in the mean time, you can try to ask some of your arabic friends to translate it for you. Just take a picture and send to ine of them.

I have the registration certificate from SCFHS and it was already translated to english. I can see "april 29, 2009." Would that be the registration date? my expiraion date is april 29, 2018 because my employer renewed my id before I left KSA. Thank you.
