I just want to ask somebody here who has experience in processing for the NMC-UK with a previous experience in Saudi Arabia. Herewith are the requirements for an ex-saudi nurse to comply. Please do correct me if there are any mistakes or errors.
1 . Final EXIT Visa in ENGLISH
2. Police Clearance from Saudi Arabia - translated and stamped by the Chamber of Commerce
3. NMC FORMS - License verification from SCFHS to NMC ( to be filled up and sent )
4. Employment certificate from Saudi
- needs to have details of sick leave
-reference letter from employer less than six months with official stamp
5. Good Standing Certificate - less than six months
6. SCFHS Certification ( Gray Colored Certificate) copy in with english translation
7. Copy of SCFHS card
I know these are a lot but I just wanted to clarify on how do I obtain these especially that it has been a year since I worked from the hospital. Is it necessary to have these forms completed? thanks for the help.
Helo. If you are in the Phils, just ask one of your friends to process it for you in the Saudi council office. Just tell her to bring the barcoded form,authorization letter,copies of Saudi Council ID and Registration as well as your passport, and a credit card because they will immediately ask you to pay 150SR. They told me to come back after a month but I tried to check if its already ready after 2 weeks and luckily, I got it 10 oworking days from submission.

I am also an ex KSA Nurse but residing now in Phil. i have all the papers mention above except for the police clearance. I'm not that confident if I can have one because it's hard to ask for someone's help there (all of my friends are working weekdays). Pls enlighten me with what should I do now. I have my NOC with me, as well as exit papers and SCFHS certification By the way I am still here in the Philippines and will take IELTS Soon. God Bless Us All.
Hi, I sent an email to the NMC regarding this issue, my police clearance was nearing the expiration date when I passed the CBT. So, I was told that if you can't get a valid police clearance (note: the police clearance will be valid for 3 months from the issue date) you can upload your translated exit visa or exit stamp on your passport in the NMC portal. Make sure that you get a declaration from the translator. If you're already in the Philippines, you can have your docs translated at the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos in Commonwealth, Quezon City. You have to pay extra to get the declaration. You will get the translated docs on the same day.

PS. All docs that are written in arabic need to be translated in english like police clearance and certificate of registration.

I don't think this is necessary. I just got my DL yesterday and all I did was attached a copy of my Certificate of Good Standing from SCFHS on a blank bar coded form. No letter of explanation or SCFHS memo asked.

Hi. I'd like to ask... Did you send your certificate of good standing from scfhs using your email?
Can someone help me? Does anyone know if NMBI accepts Certificate of Good Standing coming from SCFHS thru your personal email as verification for registration? Or do you need to send the documents to them in order to process the verification of license? Please help me. I am desperate because I am far behind schedule already because I can't seem to contact anybody from the saudi council. Your help is highly appreciated.
I am currently processing my NMC, but I have a problem with my Final Exit Visa from Saudi Arabia. I just got the translated copy of my exit visa and I found that under the "profession section", it was written "BIRTH AND GYNECOLOGY NURSE". I was an ICU Nurse and not a birth and gyne nurse. I left Saudi Arabia last 2015. Will this be a problem when I submit it to NMC? Please help. Thank you.

I just want to ask from where did you get the translated copy of your exit visa? because what I have is only the exit visa number and stamp in my passport.
Hello, krayville. I had my final exit visa translated at orangetranslations.com.. They have an office in Makati. It's a bit pricey, but it was worth it. By the way, my employer in Saudi gave me a copy of my final exit visa.
