So I do not see a lot of posts about this hospital on this site. But I have heard great things about this hospital out of people's mouth, which is worth a lot :yes:.

But I still want a little bit more information from people who actually work there. So my question is, who works here and what can you tell me about this place?

I had an interview a month ago but I didn't get the job. Its a good hospital from what I know.

Hi Kemifair, I had an interview at south nassau recently. Still haven't heard back. How did you find out that you didn't get the job? Did you call them or they contacted you?

They told me the same day. The human resources called and said someone else got the job.I couldn't beleive it was so fast .

Yeah we have to keep trying, even though I have been trying since march.

I have also been trying since march because that's when I passed NCLEX even though I grad in Dec '12. I feel like giving up daily. I search for jobs each day and spend so much time applying and get nowhere. I know how you feel ?

Don't feel bad. Sounds like they made their decision who to hire before your interview, maybe before you even applied. Unfortunately it happens quite a bit. On the positive side, at least they had the courtesy to inform you right away.

No its because they wanted me to take refresher course so they took someone else.

Wanted to revive this post to find out if anyone had any info on this hospital either if they worked there or knows someone who worked there. Work environment, staff, and things of that nature
