OMG Congrats!!!!!!!!! I am soo happy for you í ½í¸€. My dear I am still waiting to hear either a 'ye' or 'nay'. I interviewed on Wednesday and hope to hear something next week cause I believe the program starts the first or second week in February. I will keep you posted and I am really excited for you. Good news like yours gives me hope. What of the second interview you had. Anyway SNCH is a great hospital with a Magnet status so it should be a great experience for you. I will keep you posted either way mine turns out. Congrats again lady!!!

Hi Toussaint03, Happy New Year! I haven't been on allnurses for a while - How was your interview? I am also scheduled to interview for the same program next week and hope you can shed some light on the process and the atmosphere there. I hope for the best for both of us and pray we are successful :)

I interviewed with HR first and believe I did great during that round. My second interview was with a panel consisting of 4 Nursing Managers and Nursing Directors. It was a little intimidating and I was nervous but otherwise I think I did ok. By the way Goat_Boy, SNCH just posted another New Grad Residency for Telemetry.

Goat_Boy, I am sorry i read your post incorrectly. Yes New Grads were able to apply. I am a new grad and I interviewed.

Thanks Toussaint03! I applied but who knows... I am beginning to wonder if my resume ever gets to real eyes or does it end up in outer 'NSLIJ' space or something? I have been applying for almost a year and not even a phone call . Anyway, I will not stop but keep applying. Oh, how was your second interview for the OR program?

Hello, I interviewed 2 weeks ago for the RN OR Training program at SNCH, but I am yet to hear back from HR. I was told everyone will be contacted regardless of the decision. Did anyone else attend the interview and receive any feedback? I have sent several emails and left messages but cannot get a response .
