New Mexico Licensure Question

U.S.A. New Mexico

Published

Hi everyone. Does anyone know how one should go about applying for the State board in New Mexico? After the school sends the official transcript and after completing the fingerprinting requirements, how long will it take before one could be given an ATT? Thanks and have a nice day!

Hi, may I know the fee for the eligibility application? Thank you

quote=mizukichan]i also happen to apply for new mexico but still im completing my requirements first before i send it to them.... well according to their packet which i downloaded from their website... it would take 2-3 weeks or a month before ATT will be given... it is really fast and your cousin have to prepare herself for the exams... im currently having my online nclex review here in general santos city....

also... their fingerprinting cards is different from other states... you have to request directly to the NM BON for the cards... and they are the ones who will evaluate your transcript... plus it is much cheaper to apply for licensure there in NM....

well i hope that will help you....

so keep in touch then... :)

I believe they do have a file for that. That way your paper will not get lost. I sent my application 3 weeks after they received my TOR from my school. And they will call your school to verify the documents received. Also, you may email them for follow ups.

Thank you so much

i wrote nm bon several weeks ago. the officer said ssn is required to renew rn license.

does anyone know the ssn requirement of nm? is it compulsory for the issuance of nm license card after passing the exams? how about during the renewal of the nm license, is the ssn required? thanks...

hello! thanks for sharing the info.

are you from the philippines? are you going for nm licensure?

Does it mean that NM BON is faster and easier that other BON like NY?

joannp, allow me to answer for kiko..

you have to choose programs for NON US GRADUATES. choice #2. http://www.state.nm.us/clients/nursing/forms/NonUSgrads.pdf

ALso download the state and crininal background check

you can have the fingerprinting at NBI carriedo. email the BON first to send you fingerprint cards 2 pcs.

I am trying to open the links mentioned above but it cant be opened. Would you mind to help me know the requirements for NM BON. Thanks!

try this link: http://www.bon.state.nm.us/ i hope it works.

click forms.

but, it seems that the application form link has only 3 pages of instruction but not the 2 pages application form itself. anyway, you can send an email to the BON to request that an application packet (with 2 fingerprint cards) be mailed to you.

for others here, the processing time for NM BON licensure eligibility is one to two months from the time NM BON receives the school transcripts and the application form, fingerprint cards and the fees.

goodluck!

yes. you can get eligible in less than a month. requirements are ur TOR, and RLE. then the letter of certificate of eligibility from ur school. fingerprint card, the notarized forms.

what happened!!!? I just checked the page before i pasted it here. You're right, there's only one page left! where's the four pages? pm me your email add then i'll email you the form. i still have it i saved.

Hi there!! I cannot also open the link for the NM-nclex application forms for NON-US programs. would you mind sending me the forms too, it would be greatly appreciated.
