I am doing suzanne's plan and i'll be taking it on feb.Her plan is nice knowing that your following a certain step which really would encourage you to study and focus more on wer ur weaknesses are with regards to ur concepts.And most especially,on how to attack and analyze questions w/c are sometimes just common sense.
I never liked saunders the first time i used it because it's really a lot.But when i used suzanne's plan,i appreciated it more and that i realized that u'll really learn a lot from it. (most especially when ur out from nursing 4 a long time)It's a big big help!!!!!

I plan on using this plan when I study for the NCLEX, b/c as previously stated, it is specially for those who "go all over the place and don't stay focused". For Suzanne: You are really a great person to go through all the trouble you do to help others in this manner. I've always liked being around positive people and believe you must be great to work with. You really ought to consider approaching this as a business, and start charging for the information. Many nurses become entreprenours (sp?), some out of necessity. You would do well to make money from your efforts, even if you only charged in certain circumstances. Just my 2 cents.

I've been doing it for a week. I test on Jan 29th.

How do i do the first tip i thought th efirtst tip was to use just one book but it appears as if it's wrong please help me.

Thank you for the very nice note. Right now, I like helping nurses when I have the time. But I do not always have extra time.

(p.s. I have an MBA, very well aware of what can be done.)

I hate seeing unscrupulous companies taking advantage of nurses, that is why I started doing this in the first place. And there is no reason to purchase ten different books. The exam is based on understanding what they are looking for. Think of it as Common Sense with the ABCs thrown in.

So Suzanne's plan just consists of doing all the chapters in the Saunders book, I thought I saw something an one of her posts, that there was an addition 6 week study guide from her? Can anyone share the details with me. Thanks

The book is used only for the review, not for my program. The program cannot be shared here, it belongs to me. And I do not permit it to be shared.

My six week program is just that and is only available from me, and cannot be shared.

i used suzanne's plan and it helped me a lot being a foreign grad who reviewed on my own. i took the nclex last month. i did it the first time, by god's grace, and with 75 questions.

hi ezbsn, i think suzanne is recommending the 3rd edition in her revised plan. are you a filipino? if you are, you can have a relative run to c&e bookstore in recto, manila and send it to you. that will be cheaper, i think. c&e also offers a philippine printed copy of that book, which is half the price of the original us print. it also goes with a cd practice questions.
