Part 1 (the original thread)--

Pearsonvue "Trick". Is this TRUE? Does it Work Every Time?

Poll to take once you have received your response--

Pearson Vue Trick - Poll once you receive your results

Here are the exact steps to see if you passed or failed the NCLEX exam on the pearson vue web site:

1) go to http://www.vue.com/NCLEX.

2) select the 'test taker services' tab at the top.

3) click 'register' on the right side.

4) click the 'credit card' link.

5) click the 'sign in' link in the second sentence.

6) enter your username.

7) enter your password.

? click the button.

9) click 'register' on the left side.

10) select your test type.

11) click the button.

12) select your country.

13) click the button.

14) answer the yes/no questions.

15) select your country again.

16) select your state.

17) type in your city.

18) click the button. a list of schools should appear.

19) select your school.

20) select the month and year of your graduation.

21) select your board of nursing.

22) click the button.

Very important: at this point, if you get a pop up that says 'the candidate currently has test results that are on hold. a new registration cannot be created at this time.', it has nothing to do with passing or failing; It just means that they are reviewing your records due to random reviews that they conduct, or because they needed to locate some data or papers, etc. This means you will possibly have to wait a few more days than your friends who did not get this message. If you get the message 'our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance. another registration cannot be made at this time.', that means you passed. If you do not get either message and go straight to the credit card information page, that means you did not pass.

Your pearsonvue account must state that delivery is successful before you try the trick

Well, I took my test this morning and just checked out the trick and got the good pop up... I haven't gotten my results yet but I'm hoping this is really true and works!!!

;)Took my test today in the morning... 265 questions, and took me about 5 hours... There was 1 hour, and 10 minutes remaining when I finished...

Tough, tough, tough. But, I am getting the "Good Pop Up"...

Here's the link for the license verification of the Florida State Board of Nursing:

http://ww2.doh.state.fl.us/onlinetestnet/

You need to input your birthdate with the back slashes... For example (10/02/1987 instead of 10021987).

With this link you do not need to pay Pearson for the results... Works as fast as 24 hours.

Good luck all, and many blessings, ;) :yeah::up:

Ok so I tried the Pearson Vue trick but it will not do the "search" for my school in my city. I tried the 2 cities that also have campuses from the same state college I graduated from and the "search" pulled up every other college except mine! So needless to say I could not go on any further than that to finish up the trick and get the "good" or "bad" pop-up!! Uugh, just my luck.:crying2: I took the test today, it shut off at 75 ques! So the waiting begins!

I just took the test today, I hope the trick truly works, regardless of who you are or have used the trick, you will never believe you passed until you see the results. I got the pop up so I hope I am ok, took 75 questions, came out feeling curiously relieved. Sure I failed and not that upset, told my self , "man i didn't know anything, had to think on every question". I still have to wait but if the pop up is truly accurate, I passed. The way I studied is I did Hurst Review April , and a second Hurst review in June. This review really helped me and I felt ready for the exam, this relieved alot of pre test anxiety. I did Delmar NCLEX review(on cd with book), it was a difficult review and scored a 56 on the first test. Retook the test several times and got better each time. I did over 1600 Pearson Review questions 25 at a time, never scored lower than 68 (1 56 but that was it) my average score was 78 over 60+ tests, this really helped my confidence. I also redid review sheets from nursing school. I studied for a month and a half to get this done not including the spring break for nursing 4 I gave up to a Hurst review. My point is, you have to invest alot of time to pass NCLEX. Oh yeah my friend gave me his sign on for Kaplan review and I did 4 qbank tests and watched all the videos. Oh yeah Feur review on CD or mp3 (computer) listened to NCLEX review and pharmacy review. Today was crazy, I was so mad when I finished , I am still not sure I passed but if the "trick" is true, I did. You asked how I passed, work, hard work. P.S. a particular fellow student of mine failed, she posted on facebook about all the partying she was doing after graduation. I suggest you hold the party till you pass nclex.

I'm almost on my 4th week.... took the test june 17 in Westlake CA.. still getting the pop up. Stopped at 85. My last 2 questions are SATA.. u think thats a good sign?

I just took the nclex today in Florida, I am a mess I can't sleep at all! I gor 265 questions and I did get the good pop up! Thank you all who has spread this info as well as the board of nursing info, it gives me a little piece of mind!!!:jester:

Hi! Just wondering if anyone has tried the Pearson Vue Trick and received the "good pop up" but got their OFFICIAL test results back and found out they failed? I just want to know how accurate the trick is, I don't want to get my hopes up for nothing. I've been receiving the good pop up... but I just don't feel too confident about the test. I keep reading stories about it working for people that have passed... but what about those who didn't pass? Did it work for them too? Or did it bring you to the CC page?

Thanks in advance!!:nurse:

Give yourself credit. You know approximately 80% pass the first time around so assume you are within that group until you get your official results. Good luck.

Absolutely...

This Pearoson View Trick (PVT) seems to have a 100% guarantee.. I took my exam yesterday, also in Florida, got the good pop up immediately after the test, checked the Florida BON website, and passed!! 265 questions, reallyyyy tough

Leilani,

There are several on here that have posted they got to the cc page and then failed, but as I am scouring the posts looking for anyone that got the good pop-up and then failed I have yet to find one. We will see, I stopped at 87 and felt like everyone else in that I failed miserably, but got the good pop-up. hopefully, it will ring true.

Brick19...,

If you got the good pop up, YOU PASSED! I had 75 questions as well and ALOT OF SATA AND FIRST priorities, I studied profusely and got the good pop up. Don't worry, just relax and enjoy your 2 days. YOU PASSED! I was skeptical with the good pop up but it's 1,000,000% true, the PVT (known as the good popup)! So don't worry.
