I was always taught to use a bronchodilator before a steroid, but I don't see that on here :(

Im not sure but this is my answer:

Bronchodilator is a form of Beta Agonist.

The answer is actually on the FAQs on their website. Those whom get 84 out of 125 right have a high chance of passing the NCLEX - RN. I sure hope that is true.

..... taking the NCLEX on 6/03!

I did hurst and I'd say it lives up to the hype. I completely say my success in 75 questions on Nclex was due to hurst! My scored were 86 to 96 the first five tests. The final test I made a 106/126. I think the program is phenomenal.

Did you take NCLEX before or after April 1 (when the standard changed)? I'm just asking bec I made a 104/125 on my first Q review today so your post is making me very hopeful!! :)

The answer is beta agonist (which is a classification for bronchodilators)

-with asthma, bronchos first. The steroids help decrease inflammation (for maintenance) but it won't help if the bronchioles are closed up. Bronchodilators open up the bronchioles = patent airway

I took mine this May! I think it's a good sign to get 104 on your first q review! Have you finished all the hurst review? I did my first q test as a baseline before I covered any material then my second and third after day 2 and 3. The last 3 I saved for once I had finished hurst completely. To me the q test got harder but they are great practice for using your critical thinking skills!

I have the online review, and I've watched all of the lectures and gone over the workbook several, several times :) It has made me much more confident, but at the same time I feel like no one can study too much lol. I'm just ready to get it over with!!! I wish my ATT would hurry up and get here...

mast cell is broncho

I just completed the live Hurst Review, waiting to schedule NCLEX.. I feel as though it is going to help unless the test is completely managment. They dont cover peds and maternity during the 3 days you are there but you get something called 5th day material where you go online and can watch all of the lectures and complete what was not given in class. I believe it was money well spent, but will know for sure after I test:) good luck all. Hurst is great!

The answer is "Mast cell stabilizer"

hi! sorry about your result. i failed with Hurst too. :( but I like their review because they are focusing more on content which i really need. But I'm gonna try again. :)
