- Feb 17 by JustBeachyNurseSome states it's 3 months or more for internationally educated nurses, depending on how long it takes for your school and licensing authority to return the required documentation to CGFNS, then CGFNS to review your docuemntation and submit a report to the BoN. For NY, IEN's can take 6 months or more due to CVS processing by CGFNS then review by the NYBON. Hence why it is not recommended to apply to Pearson Vue for NCLEX until your application is being reviewed by the BoN as your application is valid for a finite amount of time. If you don't get your ATT before your PV application expires you forefit the $200 NCLEX application fee.Silverdragon102 likes this.
