drag and drop, are these hard?

I fear these and the SATA questions. Mostly bc with kaplan sometimes what seems like what should come next in their choices isn't what comes next. Are the drag and drop obvious or should I be memorizing orders for things, like isolation removal etc.

I would know how to do basic things like donning and removing PPE but you cannot truly predict what will be on your exam. My one and only drag and drop was on something I've never seen or studied before. Just try your best and try to picture yourself doing what is in the question.

I would also review areas such as irrigating wounds, changing dressings, etc., catheter insertions/removal.

In my opinion....the SATAs and order items on NCLEX were much easier and general than those of Kaplan. In NCLEX the wrong answers are obvious... Please, remember this is my opinion and your exam may not reflect the types of questions I had.

Look at the as true or false. Take a deep breath and read the questions as many times as you to.

The drag and drop were my weakness I am very good at SATA and in my opinion that is probably why I only got 5 SATA and more drag and drops. Memorizing things wont help just make sure you practice practice questions.

True true true!

thank you! This is what I keep hearing, that they are actually much easier on nclex. Did you practice SATA question specifically? I have this book that's all drag and drop and hot spot questions but I haven't had time to open it because I've been focusing on kaplan and lacharity, and also ekgs.

I had a lot of sata and some drag and drop. They weren't that hard. When you get sata just think of it like any other multiple choice questions. know the step for med administration (all route), procedures, etc.....

I only had one, and it was a pretty easy one.

I agree that Kaplan's questions were harder. It's good, but it really threw me for a loop. I was certain I was getting questions that were below passing. I panicked when the screen shut off at 75 questions!!

Yes, lots of SATA, but don't be afraid. Just breathe and do the true/false trick.
