You can apply but I have not gotten ANYWHERE just typing in "License Pending" into the license number line. They will send you a Continental Testing letter and on the bottom, you have to tear off the bottom, sign the signature line and send it in wit...

You have to send in $50 check or money order in order to get your license, even to get your number on the website. They told me 6-8 weeks. Congrats on passing!!
