New Grad needs EKG help.

Published

Hey everyone! I am a new grad RN who needs help with EKG's. Can anyone suggest a book or cheat sheet to help me get better at EKG's? I have been hired for ICU and have to brush up!

Thanks

I recommend the two books by Tomas Garcia.

I recommend against Dubin's book and the Incredibly Easy book.

I also vote for Dale Dubin's book:

Rapid Interpretation of EKG's, Sixth Edition: Dale Dubin: 9780912912066: Amazon.com: Books

Maybe you can find it at your hospital/workplace's library (mine has it). Or perhaps they have other books to check out. :)

Not "also..."

I do not like Dubin's book. I'm not a fan of programmed instruction nor do I prefer pictures over words.

I find Garcia's books to be much better.

Thank you for the books to look for!
