1* what's the overall cost of your program?
2* if u qualify for financial aid than what's the remaining
amount that u have to pay overall?
3* what school r-u-goin' to?
4* where's your school located?

1* what's the overall cost of your program? [color=#ffa500]around $5,000 including books, physical, immunizations, & clinical uniforms, shoes, stethoscope etc.[color=sandybrown]learninmama: i'm just curious are you going to cc or tech school? b/c your program have the cheapest price:up: i ever heard of...you're so lucky:yeah:!!! the school that i'm planning to go to cost around 30k i believe...i[color=sandybrown] hope that i heard it incorrectly...if not that's sound like a ripe-off price, don't y'all think so? also i thought this nursing program is quite expensive but how come there is such a program like your that is so cheap like that[color=sandybrown]? just curious don't mean anything!i hope i can find the program like that in my area too![color=sandybrown] wow! wow! wow! what a wonderful price![color=sandybrown]you have to consider the type of program that you are going into (private, cc, tech school) and you also have to keep in mind the cost of living in your area. in louisiana $13,000 is really expensive for 16 months of college where as in a place like ca, it may not be that expensive.

My program is actually part of the technology side of the community college and is only 11 months. The above member is right, cost of living plays a large role, as does the type of program/college.

amount that u have to pay overall? i have grants that pay for everything and i will still get a check at the beginning of each semester to cover other bills

35k for my LVN program in bay area, CA - this was last year's price.
It includes books, uniform, and classes only.

amount that u have to pay overall? $870 out of my pocket, i got a lot of loans and grants.
3* what school r-u-goin' to? summit career college
4* where's your school located? colton ca, they have a campus in victorville too.

I go to a Technical College in Texas. After financial Aid, my total comes to around 18,000 dollars. This includes everything you need untill graduation.

I wish I could have gone to a CC or Tech program, it's soooo much more reasonable than my private program. But I just couldn't afford to wait on a waiting list, and then the length of the program, I would have been in California way longer then I would like to be now. LOL
How long are the waiting lists at the CC & Tech programs in CA? Also how long are their programs? At my school it isn't a very long wait. I waited 1 semester. They also do 2 start dates for the program- Spring & Fall...our course runs 16 months. Just peeked my interest :)
