Any suggestions on shoes???

Hi !!!! I start school jan 5th and I have been looking for shoes, (white) I need some comfy ones, that are light, will last a decent amount of time & mainly because I'll use mass transit, to travel so comfort is my TOP priority, any suggestions??? TIA

I start my program (ASN) on Jan 5 as well! So excited!! But I just bought the Sketchers memory foam shoes...they are all white, sneaker-like. They have memory foam insoles and are so comfy! Definitely try some on. And good luck in your program! Less than a week to go!

I wore nikes and Adidas cross trainers as a Cna. In Lvn nsg school i switched to danskos. 2 pairs got me through a 12 Mo 5dy/wk education. But, since working, I've switched to alternating from dansko to nikes to allegria.

When I go back to nsg school for my RN I intend to wear allegria or dansko.

I start school Jan 20th and am required to have all white shoes too. I found mine on amazon, they have a plethora of choices. I found all white nurse mates for $30-something dollars...

I truly believe that Danskos are the way to go. My shoes got me through nursing school without having to be replaced, and my feet never hurt at the end of the day. The leather really holds up well, and can be cleaned with a Magic Eraser and Clorox wipe.

I am in the lpn program at veeb and they do not allow us to wear white sneakers. We were forced to get white nursing shoes so check with your school before buying them. I purchased white NurseMate nursing shoes at Work n' Gear. They have all the things you need. Scrubs, watches, stethoscopes, bp cuffs and shoes etc. Check with your school and see what their policy is before you buy anything though!

I went with dansko's only thing is around the top of my foot it seems tight? The sales woman told me that's the way they fit till they are broken in? Help lol
