I am just starting my 3rd semester and still remember how jazzed I was when I got my letter of acceptance. I was with my niece on the way for a job interview (was going to meet my husband and he was going to watch my niece during my interview). I checked my mail, got my letter, called my husband, begged him to meet me at a closer location so I could read my letter, went to my interview, got the job and went out to celebrate. My niece told me that it was my lucky day and I should buy a lottery ticket. For kicks I bought one for me and one for her to scratch off. I won a $1!!!! It was my lucky day.
