I just received my NCLEX-Rn results earlier today... after the long and agonizing wait since sept 7 hehehe...

one more thing... how do i get my SSN #? can i fly to califonia and get it? in what ways?

You can only get your SSN if you have a green card.

congratulations, as said previously you can't get SSN until you move to the US and can prove you are there with a legal visa :monkeydance:

You will not get the SSN#, until you can provide a document that states that you can legally work here. A green card is not physically required, but proof that you can work is. As long as you have a visa that is good for work.

It must be applied for in person, and that is after you have completed the entire immigration process, it is the final step.

When I applied for my SSN, I only showed my Philippine passport and the immigrant visa attached to it. I told them I don't have my green card yet because I just arrived then. When I applied for my SSN, it was my 2nd day in the US.
