With the gas prices increasing, what is your Hospice paying for mileage, has anyones gone up? I live in San Antonio and gas is around 3.65-375 and I am getting .50 a mile. There has not been any mention of it going up yet.

just went to 0.51/mile plus tolls parking etc

We are getting a lovely .32 per mile with gas being 3.89 this weekend. I have spent at least 100 on gas for call this weekend and it isn't over yet! I do have a great mileage car but it has bugged me this weekend as reimbursement will not be what I have paid...I am not sure how many miles so far but have filled up three times.

I hope all of you keep track of your mileage and your reimbursement and figure what the federal government allows and use the difference as a tax deductible expense!

I live in Central Texas (between Dallas and Austin). We get .51/mile plus $60 phone reimbursement. Oh, and gas is ~ $3.60 right now.

BIG O.. pays 43cents a mile. Recently gave us a big 2 cent increase with gas prices up. OH THANK YOU. lol

I'm in the Cleveland area, just raised it from 0.43 to 0.47

I drive 90 miles (or more) a day and get .49 a mile in Indiana.

I was reently told that I AM allowed to take my motorcycle back and forth, but if I do, I cannot claim milage.... the reason being that anyting I claim milage with must have 4 tires. (Can I put a matchbox car in my sadlebag and claim milage and a half since I'll have 6 wheels then?)

that's what we're getting too. I've often thought with all the gas jumps that it should go up to .65.

I'm in the metro Atlanta area. We just got increased from $.50 to $.555 mile. Also get $55/mo phone allowance.

I live in MA and gas is about 3.75/gal. We get $.56 a mile and have a company cell.
