My employer a large health system gives health insurance (17% employee co-pay), combined time off, vacations, 403b 50% match and pension benefits to staff working in budgeted positions from 24-40 hours/week as large 10,000 + employees.

My first home health employer a new HH agency in mid 80's could not provide benefits but salary was greater that hospital setting. Five years later as now established, perdiem salary shrunk and benefits started.
