Our agency changed to home care home base for charting for homehealth and hospice. I am assisting my manager with back office work flow and it is very confusing to me. The tasks are poorly understood , and reading the hchb back office documents does not give me the whole picture. Anyone else use back office and have tips or easy to understand process work flows to share? It seems like my department is drowning with this change.
