Thank you! Great information - I'll go look at the points kit now. My daughter and I spent about an hour looking up points for our favorite foods and printing them, along with a weeks worth of sample menus. Being a teenager, she hates everything, but was pleased when she saw she could have a small chocolate bar or something and count that. She thought it was going to be a no/carbs or sweets kind of thing. I think this may be one she sticks to and doesn't cheat on.

Well I went to my meeting on Tues. and I had gained 1lb. while in Calif. with my parents. This was my first gain since starting the program(Jan). I wasn't too upset tho it could've been much worse. So I'm back in the saddle again and hoping to reach my 10% by the end of April.

I did my weigh-in today, and am up 1/2 a pound, but I'm not worried, since I haven't been exercising because I was dx'd with shingles this week. Hopefully this week will be better!! 165/165.5/135

Well, I weighed in last night and was the same as last week. I guess that is better than having gained, but it is still disappointing considering my mom is here to visit and even went to the meeting with me. Anyways, I also weighed myself yesterday morning and this morning and both showed a drop of 2 pounds so I don't know if maybe it just has to do with being that time of the month. I do know that my scale is the same as the one at the meetings because I have been weighing myself both there and at home each week and they are always the same. Have a good week everyone and to whom it applies, Happy Easter.

I know my menstrual cycle screws up my scale royally! I don't think I even bother anymore until a few days after I've started.

Today was my weigh in day. I did lose - a little 167/166/135. My daughter weighs in today also.

Hopefully this week I lose big....just got past TOM and have been journaling EVERYTHING...and drinking all of my H2O! Will post after Wednesday's meeting.

Good Luck everyone! Remember....everyday is a new day and you can always have a fresh start.

    Hi All!

It's been a while since I checked in here, but I'm happy to see everyone is doing so well!

I weighed in today - the first time in two weeks - and I lost .8. I'm pretty happy about this because I haven't been doing real well lately; haven't been watching what I eat, haven't been journalling, definately haven't been drinking the H2O like I should.

This week, I am resolved to "get back to basics". I'm going to treat this week like week one and write everything down, drink all my water, and not fudge on my flex points.

I hope every one has a great week!

Does anybody here use the e-tools? I was thinking about trying it for a month to at least be able to look at the recipes. If you do use it, do you like it? Has it helped? Thanks for your opinions.

I love the points tracker! I don't have to figure the points out, I just type in the food and the points are calculated for me!

I like the e-tools. I didn't want to spend the extra money at first, but I use it to track my points instead of looking up everything. Good luck!
