    Hi,

I have been lurking here for a while so I desided to pop in here and say hello. :-) I got accepted in the Practical Nursing program and will begin my classes August 19. I will be taking 12 credits instead of the 20 that most people will have to take this sememster because I have already gotten some of my classes out of the way. I have already taken, A&P I and II, Nutrition, and Human Growth and Development. My schedule for this fall is:

    1. Geriatric Class on Mondays and Wednesdays.
    2. Fundamentals of Nursing on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
    3. Fundamentals of Nursing Lab on Tues, Weds, Thurs, and Fri.
    4. Practical Nursing Seminar on Thursdays.

I also work part time at a service station on the weekends 10 hours a day. One good thing about working there is that I will be able to work and study for school at the same time.

I have all my general ed credits done, psych., soc., economics, etc. from my degree in Human Services and my electives. This fall I am taking 6 credits: A & P and Spanish for Nursing. I also work full-time and have 3 kids. I figure I might graduate in 2005 haha.
(I don't know how to use those cute little laughing guys.)

about the smiles....some people only use the quick reply box at the bottom of the thread and don't see the smiles....

for those of you who have not found it yet...instead of replying in the box at the bottom of the thread...look at the top or bottom of the thread in the yellow bar for a squares that say "new thread" and "post reply" (just abouve and to the right of the quick reply box) ...if you click on that you have more options in posting, like smiles and text size...:kiss :imbar
