Specializes in Interventional Pain Mgmt NP; Prior ICU and L/D RN.

Mine isn't the most original from the way I got it, but I guess it is for putting it together....It is my 3 children's names put together for an Acronym...(couldn't get one jealous now: :) )....And it actually goes from oldest to youngest..!! I like it!

Specializes in Geriatrics, LTC.

Well I was Greer128, which is my last name and an old address. But I have since changed it to Cameron67, in honor of my soon to be last name and my birthdate. I am changing my last name with my husband and family, since my hubby found his biological father and is cultivating a wonderful relationship, we are taking his dad's last name. :)

Lavslady what a great tribute to a remarkable person. I saw your web site tribute to him....what a incredible person he must have been. :)

Specializes in Tele, Home Health, MICU, CTICU, LTC.

Mine should be obvious. Although I'm not an RN yet I will be soon (positive thinking). I'm also a medic and I live in Ohio.

Squee = Squeeze

t = to

a = Allan

Hence Squeeta, add the 2 'cause Squeeta was already taken. This has been my online name since day 1 many years ago. Allan was my brother in law who passed away, young & in the prime of his life. He would always say "give me a squeeze,(hug) which evolved into "squidge" for my kids. He was an amazing & remarkable person.

The marriage has gone away but the gratefulness for having known him has not.

Mine is obvious.It's my real name.:nurse:

bunrab = bunny rabbitt, my stage name when i was an exotic dancer.

also the lic plate on my car, a reminder of the best job i ever had.

Mine is in reference to the poster many of you have seen that asks "Are you Man Enough to be a Nurse?" The fist time I saw it I thought the Village People were playing in town! :chuckle

Yes, I'm in on the joke.

My better-half's name was "Doc Lavinder". He had Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis and had been in a wheelchair from the age of 2. He was told all of his life to "remember his limitations, he would never be able to drive." As an adult, he not only drove a specially equiped van, he drove a Race car. A 1935 Nash which was being used as a chicken coop when he found it in a farmer's field. He named his Race Car, the "Severely Disabled Chicken Coupe", and promoted the Ability in Disability for 7 years Drag-racing around the Pacific Northwest. At the Drag-strip I was known as "Doc Lav's Lady". After his death in 1997, I got a computer and got online, using lavslady as my ID as a continuing connection to my beloved. (His story can be seen at: http://www.geocities.com/doclavinder ). His Race Car can be seen displayed in the NHRA Museum in Pomona, CA where I donated it so his story can continue to inspire people with disabilities. And I continue to be Lavslady.

That is a beautiful and inspiring story thank you for sharing!
