Usually there is a radiologist on call who can advise patients what to do, the patient should phone the CT department.

The patient needs to call their PCP and department where she got her exam to seek further instructions.....it is recommended to not take it but not forbidden. The Creatinine is 91???? that has to be wrong.

Perhaps the creatinine is 0.91, since I'd imagine someone with a result of 91 would not be alive.

According to my rudimentary research (via Google), the highest creatinine ever reported was 61.3 so I doubt a patient with a creatinine of 91 would be alive.

Did the patient get contrast with the CT scan? If not, no worries. If so, with a creatinine of 0.91 they may still be fine: Use of Intravenous Contrast Agents in Patients Receiving Metformin

I was thinking 9.1. Or is this her BUN?

Is the 91 creatinine level reported measured from another country(not USA) ? Some countries do report lab results in other ways.

Now that you mentioned it, a quick search of the OP's posting history indicates (s)he is practicing in the Philippines.

The OP is in the Philippines......That was the information I was hoping the OP would return and post so we can give a sufficient answer.

I'm not sure about the Philipines but if the measurement is in umol/L as we use in Canada then 91 is a very normal creatinine. OP, the patient needs to consult with a physician in regards to this.
