So,,, she really is a registered nurse in MA.
THis is sad. Hopefully ( I know this sounds bad) hopefully she was high on something,, and this isn't her normal way of acting. Being a nurse and all, you know. I'm hoping that she was not acting normal.
Umm, yeah. okay.

you took my comment the opposite of my intent, being black and living in boston is not always the best combo...
I'm not trying to debate here... I'M just lost, can you please explain why being black and living in boston is a bad combo?
My old babysitter was black and lived in boston, she was a very nice lady... just curious as to why living in boston while black is a problem. The lady in the article whether black, white, asian, or etc. was very wrong. I just think your comment about blacks living in boston is rude. I don't know... maybe I'm the only one. Any black nurses from boston have any input ??? I'm just curious here.

racial discrimination is not only a thing of the south, .....a little story, a kenyan aide i worked with told me a story.....he and some of his friends were driving in Boston, they were guilty of "driving while black"....hot july day, they were stopped told to all get out of the car, and were SPECIFICALLY told to stand on the asphalt, while barefoot......please, i didnt think my first post was THAT hard to understand unless you are very young/sheltered or, purposefully obtuse
Thanks for clarifying, you're right. Sorry that happened to that aide.

while i'm sure stuff like that may still happen (no matter where one lives), boston has a reputation for being culturally charitable.
your story is not representative of typical boston, morte.

Wait, so they came out of a bar, crossed the street, almost got squashed by a car, angrily banged on the car, the drover got out, an altercation took place, the husband got injured, and they freaked out when the paramedics came?

Exactly! Not only she was hammered, she took her stupid pill.
BTW, I am NOT black, but when I lived in a city south of Boston, in a ghetto neighborhood. Not all blacks are "ghetto" or bad. It is sad how some people have to jump to conclusions and assume that this lady was black. Nowhere in the article did it mention she was black. All it mentioned was that she was in Boston acting crazy.
BTW, I am NOT black, but when I lived in a city south of Boston, in a ghetto neighborhood, I got "hated on" by certain authority figures just for living in the ghetto. Lets call it DWLG (driving while living in the ghetto) Not all people who live in the projects or the ghetto are bad. I used to live in a bad neighborhood, so does that make me bad?
